You are invited to join Sharyn Hahn’s Deep Yoga-Journaling experience.You will be led through some warm-up poses and a vinyasa flow as well as several short meditations, creative visualization, and intention-setting writing or sketching activities. You will leave feeling more flexible, relaxed, energized, with a mantra that you can carry with you throughout the week. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and we do have some if you need to borrow one for the class. Also bring a journal and something to write with. We will be writing a few times during the class, and if you prefer to sketch or want to do both, that is awesome! Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a warm or cool drink to keep you hydrated (with a secure lid). All levels are welcome. If you have never done yoga you will be able to participate as well. Namaste.
