To Hell in a Handbasket: The Southern Poets’ Protest

To Hell in a Handbasket: The Southern Poets’ Protest, is a poetry reading by Feedback Poetry Collective founders Shane Dedman and Hannah Neal followed by a check-in about the current state of the South, including being queer in Georgia, Occupy ICE protests, living in an abstinence-only state, and the changing shape of a southern queer mecca. Like two farts sitting on a porch, we seek to provide a place of complaint rather than compliance. The tea has never been sweeter.
